We will do everything possible to work with you and the manufacturer of your product to ensure a positive shopping experience. Our talented experts are available to assist you with selecting the right product for your needs and application. We encourage you to take advantage of our expertise before making your purchase.
You may cancel your order at any time, prior to product being shipped however a minimum 15% restocking fee may be applicable.
All custom or special orders, electrical parts and ventilation products are final sale and not returnable or refundable.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Inspired Interiors reserves the right to refuse or accept returns for products purchased in-store or online at our discretion.
All items should be inspected thoroughly at the time of delivery or pick up. Damages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

All appliance defects will be assessed by a technician and onsite repairs provided if required. This service is offered to customers in our immediate trading area.

Out of town customers may be required to return product to Whitehorse for service.

No returns or exchanges on used or installed products or product not in original packaging.
